While all homes offered by Escape...to 30A must be maintained perfectly, we realize that some owners may prefer to do some of their own maintenance, so we work with owners to create a maintenance program that meets their needs.Routine Maintenance Labor - Free! - Many management companies charge high labor prices for routine maintenance. Replacement of light bulbs, air filters and batteries in remote controls and smoke detectors is done at no charge!Refresher Cleaning: - Free! - If your home is not booked, we at Escape...to 30A do not feel you should pay for a "Refresh"Inspections: - Free! - What exactly is an inspection? Shouldn't these be done regularly?
